As you can see, debris are still generated and collected on removable plate of the modified oil pan even at 3000-5000 full synthetic oil change intervals. That's with PCV#6 modification and catalytic converter shield. PCV#6 didn't come out until 1996 or so. My car ran 7+ years without PCV#6 (installed in 2008). Once debris is formed, it is not removed by engine oil. Therefore . . .
As for what temperature some oil molecules experience for a transient amount of time when they pass through the turbo bearing, well, the engine oil (molecular balls) is the bearing carrying material . . . therefore the individual oil molecules passing through the turbo bearing must have been heated to that temperature. It's the friction between the oil molecules and the turbine metal parts that's causing the temperature rising to 1000 degrees, not metal against metal. Some those molecules turning into carbon as the heat strips away the H-C bond, or some existing microscopic carbon particles already suspending in the oil snowball as they pass through turbo bearing (as the carbon balls generate greater friction than oil molecular balls, and provide the surface for aggregation just like bacteria in upper atomosphere provide the core for rain drops and snow flakes) should not be surprising.
