#2 - Virtually all low pressure turbos (LPTs)that have been posted here have been replaced and I have not seen a post from anyone who needed it done a second time.

#3 - I like and have owned Volvos for 25 years. I only let the choice come down to Saab and Volvo, but, I knew it was going to be Saab for several months (recent Aero purchase). Volvo has let quality slip the past couple of years and they readily admitted that they have to get it back (has nothing to do with Ford's acquisition of Volvo). Meanwhile, Saab's quality has been on the upswing. There are some 2002s left; most seem to be silver on the dealer lots. I am hearing of Linears going for 28 and change now. You won't get those kind of price quotes when the 03s comeout. By the way, since the 9-3 is new, that's the car Saab will be pushing for 2003; 9-5 incentives may be quite minimal come fall, not like last year.
