What other cars to consider in addition to the 9-5?

Hi,
What other cars should I put on my list? My preference is for a 5-speed manual, better than average gas mileage and 0-60 < 8 seconds. Based on that, probably the Saab & BMW are front-runners, followed by the Infinity I35 & Lexus ES300 (the latter two are automatics).
I'm going to test drive the BMW 525 & 330i models today, drove the Volvo S60 T5 the other day and the Audi A4 3.0 some time ago. Still on my list are the Infinity G35, the Lexus ES300, the Acura TL Type-S, the Infinity I30t and MB C-230.
In comparison so far, the Volvo was only so-so & the Audi somewhat small (I expect the BMW 330i to be smallish as well).
Please post any comments! Thanks.
