If you mostly drive stop-n-go or city traffic, get the auto.
If you mostly drive highway or more open roads, get the manual.
In between, take your pick.
The Aero shift is long stroke, but the clutch is outstanding.
Personally, as a long-time biker I can't stand to be free-wheeling and automatics make me very uncomfortable when I'm trying to stop. I want to be in gear and have engine assisted breaking all the way down. This is especially true in mountainous or hilly country.
