9-5 lug nuts are 17mm. So you need a 1/2" drive 17mm socket and a torque wrench to tighten the lugs properly. I got my torque wrench (an American made SK) from an online tool warehouse for around $70 which was a great deal. I use it all the time. A wrench with a range of 0-150 ft. lbs. is sufficient for just about everything you might do, now and in the future.
