ok, looking at 371-15, diagram shows the throttle position sensor "203", but I don't see the microswitch "167", they call it A/C throttle switch in housing, which is misleading to me, but the picture at bottom right of page 371-13 show the microswitch and calls it "167" or is this switch behind the sensor on the housing. I'm taking it aprt tonight to see what's there and cleaning the throttle body again. Maybe even removing the housing and really getting at the inside and around the throttle plate and shaft, seems like most of my problem may be there. Have you done this before? Do I need a gasket when re-installing the housing?
