As far as the BPC working, this is how I figure it is:
- 2.8 ohms, both sides
- quiet but consistent hum when plugged in (the busted valve was much louder)
- hoses are correct (unplugging W hose did what everybody said it would, others are matched by letter)
It has to be the ECU, there's no way it's not. Only thing is, I can't decide whether to get a new one for $75 with no warranty or splurge and get a pricey $200+ one with a one-year warranty. Or I could find a place to have it repaired and bench checked, for $150+ i'm sure, but Programa won't do it (no 9000 Aero ECUs) and I'm not sure who else would.
