I'd repair it if it looks as good as you say it does. Replacing the plugs, ignition (DI cassette, I assume?), belt and pulley aren't out of the ordinary. I don't know why the rubber I/C hoses would be cracked after only 7 years, but that sounds like a good time to put in a Viggen I/C and gain 10 hp. You can also get a belt from some UK Saab dealers that will bypass the A/C compressor if you can live without it. You might also consider a plain old regular muffler. They're 1/3 the cost of the stainless version, and they seem to last people the better part of a decade.
