Sorry to hear this. Have you tried calling Saab USA yet considering the
clear mechanical failure. Depending on your dealer relationship and service records you can also use strong dealer-backed service history as
leverage. I have heard of Saab offsetting partial costs on non-warranty repairs for loyal customers. My guess is lemon law won't be of much help as the vehicle is 3yr old. Good luck!
