I would say that even without hearing their side of the story as long as your 93 is under warranty and you took it to a SAAB dealer that the repairs you indicated should be done a NO-Charge. I would contact SAAB USA and they should be able to put you in contact with their area manager. This person should be furious with not only the way that you were treated by the dealer but also because they are not a good representative of SAAB.
