I spoke to Saab, they told me to call the General Manager. He conferences me in with the Service Manager. They proceed to explain to me that because they had to take the door apart to determine the problem and that they determined it was not the window that I automatically get charged $70. They admit it was their fault for not telling me that I would be charged when they called to say the work was done, but that doesn't remove the fact that I would be charged $70. So even if I had told them in advance if this isn't covered under warrantee don't do the work, I would still be charged. Of course no one told me this before hand, but this is the reason they gave me to justify why they are not going to credit me back the $70. As for checking to see if I had a slow leak in my brake fluid, they said again it was their fault for not explaining that they needed to do a complete brake inspection and that it would cost me $28. But they told me they would credit me the money back when I came in to get my new brakes. I told them it still doesn't justify their actions. In the end they refused to credit me any money, I kindly told them that I would be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and Saab U.S.A., the General Manager rudely tells me to make sure I mention the free loaner they gave me. I told them I gladly would considering their service department said I would always have one available because I bought the car there. Any thoughts as to where I should go from here or is it just a waste of time?
