You need to turn down the MBC. And learn to work the throttle differently under some sitations.
A Viggen IC will reduce the surge, at least it seems that way to me. But that will be a minor improvement. But my setup is unique. I have the MBC pressurized from the TB, talk about long hoses and time delays!
Don't get the Viggen IC because you think that it will stop fuel cuts.
A 3" duct air box mod will make you Saab faster, but it will make the current fuel cut situation worse. Don't let that stop you.
There is no cure for the MBC fuel cut issues. But I am working on it. I have had a MBC for over 2.5 years. So I have had my share of fuel cuts.
If you had a bleeder valve, this would not happen, but turbo boost lag would be nasty.
