Just curious on the fueling side - a RRFPR at 3.4bar and a 5th injector is a large amount of fuel - have you done any accurate (ie from a wide band AF meter) A/F measurements to make sure you are not overfueling?.I would leave the APC unit and sensor in as a passive knock detector( is it pin19 connected to a LED?) - if you lose the water injection ( either faliure of the unit or run out of water) in a race you will destroy the engine very quickly with a manual boost controler. Can you weld up the rear doors and fit some internal bracing on a racer? - the Saab 5dr shell has alarming amounts of flex which will try to undermine all your nice suspension mods as you throw it into a corner. Sounds an interesting project though!
