Many thanks for your detailed reply - getting the fuel right is essential for good power - too much and you will lose power. I have a Trent RRFPR on my T16 - I have set it ( and reset it 3 or 4 times as these things drift out and up in pressure alarmingly when new) to 3.2 bar however as I'm runing the Lucas system which has a 3.0 bar as standard it's not much of a change - I wanted it to add some fuel at the top end when i ditched the Cat and upped the APC! If you are running the Bosch system with a 2.8 base this is a bit more still. Interestingly as my unit drifted upwards to 3.4 bar could tell just by the feel of the car - an extra .2 of a bar was significant. I may well go back to this but I'm not convinced it will be all that good for MPG.
Good luck with your project!
Johann
