The documented behavour of the T7 is to control air mass flow, not power/torque as many believe. What I did say is totally accurate for the assumption that the air flow does not change. If the air flow does show a long term increase that does not get adapted out, then all the better! Anyways, the concept that folks have that the T7 controls torque is not quite right and needs to be addressed. Folks have been saying that the power/torque cannot be increased by reducing intake or exhaust restrictions and that is not true.
So how did I come the the conclusion that the T7 limits air flow? Because is does roughly control torque and it does control air flow as seen by the MAF. The T7 really has no idea about the engine output torque/power, only the inputs. Does the chart that you show reflect any final air flow adaption?
And if the air mass flow did not change, then the A/F would be affected? Why? So maybe no A/F adaption issue there at all.
I guess that I don't see that we disagree about anything here. No I don't measure whats going on with the sensor, but that does not mean that what I say is not correct.
