The 2.7T engine is a low pressure twin turbo
which makes the S4 pretty quick and the A6
into a nice car.
With a Auto 5spd Aero you will not be able to
do much against any of them if they are stickshifts.
In any case, the AWD of them gives them a 0-60
advantage...
On the other side... the 2.7T engine in a A6 will
be outperformed by the 2002 Aero 5sd manual on
the Autobahn, and at altitude the Aero eats the A6
as the S4... just need to get up there. But... the
S4 will always handle better then the Aero cause
it is a more compact car with AWD.
In any case... the SAAB B235R engine in the Aero
will outlast the 2.7T engine by many more miles
and it will be less trouble cause the 2.7T engine
is trouble.
Regards,
Coolknight
