amrimin,
I think that you've got an air-leak (aka vacuum leak) and additionally some EFI component is worn out. It's definitely not o2 sensor (that circuit is disabled until engine is warmed up). It's not likely to be NTC. Neither AMM or AIC, but may be bad ground connection (either power or signal) or throttle switch or even some (semi-)clogged injectors.
Why that? Because in the closed-loop (with feedback from o2 sensor) your EFI is able to perform well (until full-throttle which you say nothing about). And in open-loop mode the system goes purely with pre-set values in the EFI memory. If I were LH 2.4 with leaky intake and fatigued hardware bits, I'd quite likely give you about the same troubles.
As for the non-noisy AIC valve - it's quite ok. I haven't seem a lot of bosch AIC valves, but all which I have seen didn't give me any buzz.
