If you have done any wrenching before- it's doable. I just bought a heater core for $100, eeuro has a radiator for $178. Both of them can be done in one weekend (I would add thermostat and small heater core hoses). Spend your savings on the suspension work. Will be doing heater core in a week or so- feel free to email me. There are also step by step instructions on the web. I've done it once- it's doable, just a lot of scratches on your hands.
Serpentine belt/pulley- need a tool to compress a tensioner. Quasi's website replica has exact measurements. $150 sounds reasonable- but for less than that money I just ordered quality pulleys and belt and will have a piece of mine for along time.
