So it is summer and me and my Girlfriend
pack our bags, load the Integrale (Lancia Italy)
and decide to fo to Southern France for
a week. As in those days my right foot only
knew 2 positions. Hard braking or Full throttle
once in Italy on the Autostrada (Freeway) I was
again cruising at top speed. At some point one
has to change the freeway and use a ramp to take
the freeway to Genoa which goes on to S.France.
Thinking of nothing bad, looking at the speed limit
on the ramp which passes under a bridge (60Km/h or 37Mph)
I shifted into 3rd and proceeded to pass the ramp
at 100Mph in very nice drifft like it is so easy to do
with the Lancia.
Big surprise when I see that Blue/White Carabinieri (Cops)
Alfa...
Even more surprised when Girlfriend says, keep going
they're applauding... huh Well they thought it was fun
and never even thought about giving me a ticket...
Regards,
Coolknight
