I installed the above pieces at all four corners of my '00 lpt about 6,000 miles ago.
Dust is significantly reduced from the OEM pads although not zero. Fronts now dust about equally with the rears.
Had some minor squealing at parking lot speeds while braking for the first 1,000 miles or so. That is now gone.
Moderately hard braking or greater generates a distinct low frequency growl from the X-drilled rotors. I don't view it as a problem but some may not like it.
One bit of advice is to paint the "Hat" area of your new rotors with a brake drum paint before installation if your new rotors are plain cast iron. This will eliminate the appearance of rust when rotors are viewed through your wheels. OEM rotors must use a special coating to prevent this that after-market companies don't copy.
Got my package of pieces from Lititz Auto Service. Make sure your supplier knows your car uses the old style rear bakes. Rotors, calipers, and pads are different from the new style.
Job took about one hour per wheel to complete. Have fun.
