Inner bearing races are to be static. What my thoughts are is to slide the race onto it's seat, slide a feeler gauge that fits into the space. After you find the one that slide into the space, try the next size up and try fitting it/ bending it to match the curve. Then with a torch, heat the bearing, as long as there is no plastic carrier for the balls and slip the bearing over the collar. You don't want any creeping of the race since this is what caused the problem. Now you will not be able to cut the feeler gauge to fill all the wear length, just the amount where it will be able to give a tight fitment. If you heat the bearing hot enough, you'll be surprised how much the expansion will be. This repair might sound crazy to some, but once the race in tight on the collar, whats the difference. You only have a few choices with this repair. Wish you lived closer so I could help you with this. The bearing are the only things that should roll.
