That one, long belt is called the serpentine belt. That's pretty much a generic term for any belt that snakes all over the place and drives a lot of accessories. All Saabs have a serpentine belt. Some of the older ones had two belts - a serpentine belt to drive most of the accessories (alternator, water pump, ...) and a separate belt to drive the Air Conditioning compressor, called (most unimaginatively) the 'AC belt'.
To add further to the font of useless knowledge, if you have a four-cylinder engine, that's it for belts. Just one in your case - the serpentine. In later years Saab offered a 6 cylinder engine in addition to the 4 cylinder, and the 6 cylinder has a Timing belt in addition to the serpentine belt. But that is a different horror story.
