Yes, it's the fault code...that's my indicator that the O2 sensor is bad.
However, for a few months now, the car does drive poorly at times..sort of spits and sputters when I apply the gas. It has a low boost certainly, and has stalled sometimes.
Now, the check engine light is on, and the "blink code" is 6, indicating a bad O2 sensor. At over 115,000 miles, this is probably the original sensor, though I'm not the first owner of the car, so I really don't know that for sure. (I bought it at 102K.)
Does this give a more clear indication that the O2 sensor is the thing to change?
