i.e. above ambient pressure, causing a positive pressure differential across the diaphragm on the wastegate actuator. From what you are saying, though, I got it a bit wrong too and there is no wastegate movement to until a certain differential pressure is reached. Is this purely mechanical or induced by Trionic?
I find your plug gap test results intriguing, since if I understand correctly, this seems to say that Trionic is somehow controlling the wastegate even below base boost, which is contrary to how I understood the system to work but ties in with the above. Did you try this experiment with the BPC disconnected? Again, correct me if I'm wrong (I'm learning lots of stuff here) but would the wastegate then operate as I described in my previous message?
