The link was really just for more info than what I can provide, so any add'l info is really appreciated.
The author says that the Turbo XS uses washers to adjust spring tension (& admits that he used them in the 006 Forge for this reason, 'cuz it was cheaper than buying a new spring). Does yours work this way? I don't recall seeing the internals to the Hyper, but I have seen that the Forge's valve seat (air box side) is much smaller than the piston's spring side (vacuum) area. I also know that the author was doing this for his VW, so I'm not sure how much applies directly across for our Saabs. (I did find it interesting that Bosch makes a TT/Porsche valve which the author says is better built than the VW's original Bosch valve. Do you have any idea which one Saab uses?)
