I use the larger Forge unit (stock spring), and an MBC together with aftermarket ECU's. Yes, I think there is faster response with the piston facing the pressure, but what I don't like is that when under part throttle aplications, such as in 2nd or 3rd pulling out of corners the valve "flutters" open. What is happening is that with the throttle only partly open is more pressure on the piston than on the spring side (more pressure before the throttle than in the manifold), and the valve will not stay shut. WOT is fine, but I reinstalled the Forge in the OE position.
