hmmmm...didn't MP Perforance all see an increase in HP with just their downpipe and no SW upgrades???...you see its not just Drew seeing this and disproving Vigge's theories. Everything Vigge is theorizing should also be true with Bosch's Montronic-ME7 torque-request-based management since for each of the things Vigge is descibing are identical between T7 and ME7....and ME7 systems from our VW/Audi brothers so us thet hardware updates can produce very good numbers w/o software updates.

Until we know they are the same (all fetures, adaptions aso) even though their principle is the same we cant make this assumption. I also prowed my self wrong with the case viggen, it made more power. Like I wrote to drew about the original statemnt, you "loose" power, It can be understud in many way, loss of peak hp does not need to happen for you to "loose" power.

Also the MP boost grapgh indicates (to me atlest)that the car does indeed work like i wrote in one of my very first post on this topic "owershooting" the target becomes a reality. What does boost do, it spikes. T7 can not cope with the DP and that is causing the spike. Read Adrians post for more about that argumentative side of those results.

"An additional thing, the one thing that gets me is that Vigge seems to be pointing that finger at T7 and that all things he's said effect T7's only....this is totally misleading...all of his arguements will effect any engine management system....T5, T7, LH-2.x. Montronic, CIS-E, CIS-Montronis, Montronic, Motrionic-ME7, L-Jetronic, etc."

I only due this because T7 is the only control system that I'm more familiar with. Sorry, if my post indicate that the stuff that I write would only applie to T7, not my intention.
