The 86 9000 was probably the worst. Some of those had to be pushed off the delivery truck in need of a transmission. No wait... the 95 900 CV was the absolute worst. The capmaigns on that one went over a hundred printed pages. If it had a V6 then it was even worse. The ng 900 in 94 was pretty bad. The first ones were shipped without shields for the front brake rotors and no screw holes to mount them. The 03 SS was mostly software/ electrical stuff and also the radiators dumpming coolant into the transmission. The only real problems with the 9-5 that come to mind were the ecm's crapping out and the PCV system making the timing cover leak. There was the sludge thing too. That's a big one. The 99 9-3 was just a rebadge except for the hydraulic top.
