Um. Nothing?
Unless a car came with "high 300 - low 400hp" chances are whatever you do to get it there is going to compromise some aspects of reliability and driveability, not to mention your wallet. There just isn't a way to dramatically increase the performance of a car without putting gobs of stress on parts that auto builders didn't intend... You can supercharge a Camaro or a Mustang and reach that 400hp goal pretty easily, but the T5 behind it was not made for that kind of power and it will require a good amount of money to build one so that it doesn't blow up when you drop the hammer.
What's special about 400hp? Why not shave some weight instead of adding some power?
