money and time but why was Saab partially at fault ?
Why was the dealer negligent ? Did they not look at your car ? Were they reckless in trying to start your car ? There are many reasons that a car won't start and are you trying to say that they should just look at all possible cause before starting the car ? How else would you suggest they look at a car that wouldn't start without starting it ? It seems logical to me that someone would try to go direct to the problem first by starting the car.
If it was warmer, the car probably might have started if the fuel pump was still good at the time and the dealer would have told you that no fault found. Would you rather have it that way until the next big chill ?
I see no liability on the part of the dealer or Saab.
