When I got home last night, I took a look at Bentley. First a correction, the rear compartment switch at the light functions only as an on/off, despite 3 detents. Again, make sure that this light is off when the rear hatch is closed. Pull deck so you can see it go out.

Next, hook up your drain test at the battery. Use the jumper to bleed current until delay relay shuts off and then remove jumper so all current runs through ammmeter. Re-verify that drain stops when fuse 28 is pulled. Now turn off the interior lights with the switch above the driver window.

Retest, as above and if the drain is still there when fuse 28 is plugged in, the leak is either the clock or the radio circuit. If the current drain goes away when you turn off the lights, then I think that you have a bad time delay relay. Like a piece of dirt in the relay that conducts a little current, but not enough to light the bulbs.

On to radio and clock circuit.

Since you pulled radio and still got the drain, the only thing left is the antenna motor feed. It's the red wire. Someone already suggested taping the connector plug in the rear fender well. If you have water down there(or ice) the plug could be the problem and you should tape it up above so it doesn't get wet.

If that doesn't do it, you're down to the clock, which is powered with the only red wire going to the printed circuit plug on the back of the instrument cluster. If your clock is dead, you can cut this wire a few inches away from the plug. Access with a wire cutter might be OK through the left speaker hole. Retest after cutting.
