Good news on flat current with fuse 28 pulled and relays out. Don't cut clock wire. If clock were leaking current pulling fuse 28 would have stopped the drain completely.
Hunch that the delay relay is the problem. Until you get the new one, don't plug the bad one back in. You can live without the time delay on interior lights(maybe forever).
I would seriously consider an inexpensive battery charger($30 special). Now that your battery is flat, I don't think the alternator will recharge it quickly enough. Even if you don't get a charger right away, I'd bring your battery inside tonight. Cold weather can kill a discharged battery. They can even freeze if charge is low enough.
