Sorry, I misread your post. I think you have another bad relay. Did you pull the alarm relay, too? It should be about 6 inches away from the side by side relays. Is the alarm ECU still plugged in. Unplug the alarm ECU and the alarm relay and see what happens.
the only other thing you might try is to unplug the door switches one at a time. I really don't think this is the problem, but if the problem persists after you have pulled all the relays and unplugged the alarm, that's the only thing left. The door switches only ground the wire, but maybe there is an variable and partial short. If your lights normally go out when you close the door, I doubt that these switches are bad.
