Bruce:
BMWs are for jack asses who need to flaunt their disposable income by paying too much for a car they are incapable of utilizing in a controlled fashion. A SAAB is an excellent Swedish utility vehicle. However, the Swede also is supposed to offer safe and secure handling. Unfortunately of the steering is overly sensitive to road camber and tends to pull left or right, then the SAAB needs some work by the SAAB techs to identify and correct the problem. I love my SAAB, but this does not mean I have to accept failure by SAAB service to address an ongoing but not original steering defect. I do not believe the road camber and drift problems are organic to the car. I tend to think the maintenance has been sub-par. Afterall, who ever heard of failing to center the steeering wheel during an alignment? I will be the SAAB DM in January and I will be happy to drive down the interstate and release the wheel and watch as the car veers to the left regardless of the lane I occupy and the gravity due to road camber.
