I agree, if a Tech2 procedure is REQUIRED at every service, then it should be stated in the service procedures & followed by the owner in order to keep the warranty. But it's not required or stated, just as receiving preferential manufacturer's treatment for continuing to pay premium dealer service prices for sub-standard practices is not stated. (Standard practices being those goods & services outlined by the manufacturer in the owner's manual.) I did not record my call to Saab, so I have no proof to display. My only knowledge is my personal experience in dealing with them.
