That's why we need lawyers and class-action lawsuits. If everyone who paid the extra money for a CPO (Customer Piss Off) car who was denied service could band together, GM would change their tune. There is strength in numbers. If the car didn't check out, they shouldn't have approved it for the extended service plan. Don't they have standards?
GM is just killing the brand. Soon all SAABS will be Trailblazers, Malibus, Subarus and Opels. I wish they would just sell it back to a company that cares about their customers.
At the very least, if this happens to anyone else, don't give up!
