The US spec 9-5s compare favorably against BMW and M-B US spec versions in quality, features and content. The specs on Euro 9-5 models (that offer stripped down features and 2.0L base engines) are a different story and most Americans on this BB cannot fairly comment on your particular concerns. A base 9-5 Linear 2.0t in GB, for example-doesn't have standard features as TCS, ESP, fog lights, wood trim, power sunroof, leather seats, power front seats, etc like the Linear model in the US (which also comes with the larger 2.3L 185hp engine).
Sorry, can't help you.
