Wait just a minute Ron...
I regularly hit 145mph in my Jetta--and this around the tight corners of the Pacific Coast Highway, where I am only inches from dropping off the edge of the continent! And my A2s haven't let me down yet... ;)
But seriously, comparing H-rated tires (130mph) to V-rated tires (149mph) is only CRUCIALLY IMPORTANT for those who have signed a pledge to "Drive their Saabs as they were meant to be Driven--to the Limits of Human Endurance." On the other hand, for those who drive their Saabs with an interest in a full life (without bodily impairment), high-quality H-rated tires may be perfectly fine.
The Dunlop Sport A2s are very well-respected and are currently TireRack.com's highest-rated High Performance All-Season tire based on extensive consumer evaluation.
Here are some other links with info and tire evaluations.
