So rather than the DIY soldering route (as I am a soldering novice) I went up to the trusty Vince's junkyard and appropriated a brand new orange Lampcontrol relay from a sad looking derelict NG900 S. $25 later, my high-beams both work perfectly. In addition, replacement of the absent 15A fuse for the rear fog light took care of that problem.

Here is potentially the last problem holding me back from inspection: during low-beam operation, the driver's side low-beam doesn't turn on. The bulb looks fine to the naked eye. In addition, the high-beam on the driver's side (but not the passenger's) has a very low glow to it whenever either the low-beams or just the parking lights are on.

The fog light on this side (but not the other) works, suggesting that it may not be a grounding problem. So my question is, what could be causing this low glow and no low-beam operation? Also, is it overwhelmingly likely that the fog light on the passenger's side just needs a new bulb?

Thanks! You guys have been a fantastic help and I'd be out more than a couple hundred and may never have had a shot at getting this Aero on the road without you.
