Meaningless. There concepts. Saab recognizes the need to produce cars with six cylinder engines if they are to bring in more customers. I have no problem with that, as I know a 4cylinder turbo for 40k or more is a very tough sell. However I still believe that Saabs philosophy that a 4 cylinder turbo has many advantages over six cylinders is sound one. Packaging, efficiency, crash safety is easier to achieve, less nose heavy handling feel etc. The six cylinder configuration can be smoother and sound better. I still believe the AERO engine is the best engine SAAB currently has. The current SAAB v6 may be a decent engine, but between it and the AERO, well you know the rest.
