I am very familiar with the Acura Cl-s. I have a friend who owns one and I drive it all the time. I agree that is does not have the low and midrange pull of either the SAAB turbo 4 or 6. But I feel it is smoother, more refined, sounds better, and in the end is faster (for what that's worth)Since a v6 should be smooth and refined, and to me the SAAB v6 is less compared to the ACURA, BMW, AUDI,LEXUS, I feel it is not great. The turbo 4 is also not as smooth and refined as those sixes, but compensates with greater power, fuel economy, less nose heavy etc.
