I don't have time to read what everyone else has said, so I'll just toss in my $.02. Maintenance is the key. Maintain the plugs and plug boots (dielectric grease) and the DI should not give you problems (no missing = no problems). Flush the cooling system regularly - use Bar's Leaks if you believe in it (I do) - and the heater core, head gasket and water pump should be OK. Do the Townsend mod and the mounts should be OK (replace the torque rod bushing when it starts to develop cracks, or switch to a urethane bushing and be done with it). Also, avoid really abusive shifting. I have 45 K on my mounts now with no problems (other than T.R. bushing, which I replaced with urethane).

The turbo bypass valve will fail at some point. Cheap, easy. The headliner will fall at some point; so what else is new (900's do this too).

The blower motor will wear out somewhere around 100 K, probably; nothing to do but replace it. The clutch will wear out at some point - sooner or later depending on how it's been driven (just like any other car, including the 900). Replace the fluid every year or two to help maintain the hydraulics. Ditto the power steering fluid. Keep the engine tight - no oil leaks - to prolong mounts, crank pulley, etc.

The 9000 5-speed is a lot more reliable than the 900 (the older 900's, anyway - did they EVER get the pinion bearings strong enough?!) The 9000 auto is not known for its reliability.

See link below for further recommendations.
