Electric cars are either 1) expensive rich person toys (Tesla, Fisker, etc) or 2) limited utility runabouts which are unacceptable substitutes for regular cars for the overwhelming majority of users. I fail to see how NVES (a company that just appeared out of nowhere and has never produced a product) will bridge the gap.
The existence of a coule "mass market" cars like the Volt (a luxury car in it's own right at $40k) and the Leaf (limited utility runabout) sold as loss leaders/tech demos by mega-car companies speaks nothing to the viability of electric cars as a primary business.
