These are the specifications stated on the Swedish Mobil 1 page:
"API SJ/CF, SH/EC (Energy Conserving)
ACEA A3/B3/B4
ILSAC GF-2
BMW "Long Life Oil List"
MB 229.3
VW 502 00/505 00/503 01"
The same info is on the German mobil 1 website, so I don't know where you got your info, but it's plain wrong. Any differences in stated specifications are most likely due to the web sites not being updated to the current formulation of the oils. Still the US mobil 1 site specifies ACEA A3/B3 and B4 too, just like the European websites.
